At 14–18 years old, a teenager chooses who they want to become. But too often, this choice is determined not by themselves, but by the environment they grow up in. Regrettably, in Latvia and beyond, many children grow up without parents, and many talented youths live in remote areas and small towns. There may simply be no example nearby to show how grand the opportunities are for a capable teenager.

A child only sees what surrounds them daily: local shops, nearby factories, and the familiar professions of parents, friends, and acquaintances. When there are no other examples, the world shrinks to what is right before their eyes — and big goals seem like someone else’s unattainable dream. We want to change this.

What We Do: Ginger Soul Lab creates free media studios in schools — equipped with professional sound, lighting, and cameras. This is a live space where any teenager, regardless of family income or life circumstances, gains equal access to technology and the absolute right to be heard.

The heart of the project is the live online show "Business in a Human Way" on YouTube. Here, teenagers act as authors and hosts, personally leading an open dialogue with successful entrepreneurs, top managers, and market leaders who have achieved real, honest results.

A live conversation with those who have walked their own path from the first spark of a dream to real implementation changes everything for a teenager. They see a person’s authentic journey, discover the inner workings of major professions, and truly begin to believe that when a dream turns into a goal, it becomes achievable.

Our guests — individuals who have achieved significant results — see this pure, genuine interest in the eyes of the young hosts. Very often, this warm interaction opens doors that previously seemed locked: teenagers receive invaluable advice, powerful personal connections, and sincere support in choosing their future path.

At the same time, working inside the studio, teenagers practically master shooting, editing, directing, and the art of leading a conversation on a serious, adult level. The Ginger Soul Lab project systematically develops their core soft skills — critical thinking, the ability to truly listen, emotional maturity, and team leadership. This gives teenagers a solid, conscious confidence in their own abilities and opens up a world where there are no borders for their talent.

Our Immediate Goal:

By the end of 2026, to fully equip the first media studio in a school we are already partnering with, so that children can come after classes and record episodes. This is the first step. Next — studios in other schools and our own dedicated platform.
