Association "Ginger Soul" organizes cultural and educational events. We reserve the right to modify event schedules, formats (online/offline), or content without prior notice, ensuring that the core value of the service remains.
3. Ticket Purchases and Payments
All payments for event tickets or donations are processed via secure third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal).
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
Prices are listed in Euro (€) unless stated otherwise.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Tickets: Refund requests must be submitted to info@gingersoul.eu at least 48 hours before the event starts. Refunds may be subject to administrative fees.
Donations: As a non-profit association, voluntary donations are generally non-refundable unless a technical error occurred during the transaction.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images (such as the artistic portraits displayed), is the property of Association "Ginger Soul" or its content creators and is protected by copyright laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
